TrimTabs Data Services

Time-series datasets are the foundation of TrimTabs liquidity research. The quality and comprehensiveness of our data and our rigorous analysis are what set us apart. We collect data on all aspects of U.S. stock market liquidity:

   • The flows of mutual funds, exchange-
      traded funds, and hedge funds.

   • New cash takeovers and completed cash

   • New stock buybacks

   • New offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons,
      secondaries, and convertibles

   • Insider trading

We also collect data on corporate actions—including new stock buybacks, actual stock buybacks, new offerings, and insider trading—in selected non-U.S. stock markets.

Finally, we track daily data on withheld income and employment taxes, non-withheld taxes, and corporate income taxes from the U.S. Treasury.
